Thank You Radcliffe Junior School
Not only did some of you come and sing at Memory Cafe this week and looked after the people who were so pleased to see you and hear you sing, but you also were building paper airplanes and having such fun with people old enough to be grandparents or even great grandparents!
We looked out for your return on Wednesday last as classes came and we talked about the things you always find in a church, about grandparents dying and where they went, about what makes a Christian building special and about the lives we lead at home. Quite a revelation when we got onto Jesus and how old he was and when his birthday was when shepherds brought gifts of Frankenstein, gold and something mumbled! Our special thanks to Ann Mills, Elaine Upton and Mo Bedford who worked hard to make orange juices and interrelated with the children and everyone had a good time we hope!
